The following is a list of the clip shows they have done on the Simpsons.  I'm not gonna provide you with a list of the clips, I'm just going to give you the wraparound story.  As for what clips it are, well, you're just gonna have to watch them, hehe.

Homer: [singing] All right Marge,
You've convinced me there are more terrible things,
Than musical comedies where everyone sings.
Lisa:  There is something worse:
Bart:  And it really does blow:
All:   When a long-running series does a cheesy clip show!

So It's Come to This: A Simpsons Clip Show
On April Fools, Homer is out-pranking Bart, something Bart can't let happen, so he decides to concoct the ultimate prank, hitting Homer in his Achilles' heel, beer.  He shakes up a can of beer with an old-fashioned paint shaker.  When Homer opens it, it explodes, rendering Homer paralyzed from the waist down, which leads the family to remember they've been through worse fires.  When finally Homer starts to walk again (to get to the candy machine), the candy machine falls over on him and he goes into a coma, making the family remember happier times.  In the end, Homer awakes and starts strangling Bart, as he realised that Bart's the cause of all of it.

Another Simpsons Clip Show
After Marge has read a romance novel, she realises that the children might have a bad idea of what romance actually is.  She pulls them away from the TV, and Homer as well, to start teaching her children about love and relationships.  Each of them remembers a special person in their life, or a person to whom they were special, and they reminisce how it all went, realising that all of those stories end in tears.  Then they realise there is true love after all, as Marge and Homer have proven through already so many years.

The Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular
On the event of the 138th episode of the Simpsons, a special is shown with clips, trivia and background documentaries on the family and the show.  All this is hosted by Troy McClure, and broadcasted from the fabulous Springfield Civic Auditorium.  However not only has it those things, it has also never seen before scenes from the show.  It's a spectacular you just can't miss

All Singing, All Dancing
When Homer rents a film with Clint Eastwood, of course he expects it to be full of shooting, horse, cowboys and Indians, but instead he finds that it is a musical, and throws the tape away exclaiming how much he hates singing.  This of course leads to the family remembering all the musical moments they have ever shared.  In the mean time Snake comes to rob them, but is chased away by their singing.  When he realises he can't get the tune out of his head, he returns to kill them all, thinking that will help, but since they've finished singing it all ends well

Gump Roast
Homer is sitting on a bench waiting to go some place, Forest Gump style.  As it turns out, he has to go to a party where the highlights of his life, and everyone around him, are shown.  Kang and Kodos crash the party, planning on blowing up earth because nothing good ever seems to come off it, basing that on Homer's memories, but then Lisa suggests that they look in Maggie's memories, and her simple innocent baby thoughts is just what the two aliens need to have faith in our world again
