Wraparound:
You go up to Burns' mansion, go to the basement, fall down the stairs and find Burns the Crypt-keeper as a vampire wake up from his coffin and Moe being tortured, to reveal the title in his blood.

Stories:
* Married To The Blob -
A meteorite falls into the Simpsons' garden while Marge and Homer are snuggling.  It cracks open to reveal some green goo, and Homer can't resist eating it, even if Lisa tells him it could teach them about interstellar life.  As a result of eating the goo, Homer can't stop eating, and resorts to eating humans.  When dr. Phil tells him off, he decides to give up his bad cannibal ways and decides to use his problem for the good: eating the homeless of Springfield and thus solving that problem
* You Gotta Know When To Golem - When Bart goes backstage after a Krusty show to complain about his acid-spraying alarm clock, he walks into the prop room to find that there is a Golem.  When asking Krusty what it is, Krusty tells him that the Golem was made by a Rabbi to protect them, and it'll do anything you write on a paper and shove in his mouth.  Bart tells it to come to his house and tells it to do things for him.  Lisa orders it to speak, and thus they learn that the Golem doesn't like hurting people.  To make him feel better they create a plasticine female Golem
* The Day The Earth Looked Stupid - A Simpson take on War of the Worlds. Springfield, 1938.   A radio bulletin tells people that creatures from Mars have landed.  Orson Welles is playing a prank, hoping to entertain people, but people take it for real and start panicking.  Marge claims that the Martians only kill humans, so they should act like animals.  When Lisa reveals the hoax, Kang and Kodos decide to attack, certain that people will think it a hoax again.
(in the uncut version, they stay for three years, and realise that they can not win this with great victory.  they claim it's a lot like Iraq will be)
