Marge is making Halloween cupcakes. She wants to start telling us about what tales we're going to hear, but adverts for other shows come up. She gets rid of them, and eventually blends them in to the meat loaf she's baking to spell out the title of the episode. At the end, Ned tells us we're all going to hell for watching Fox products/channels.
Stories:
* E.T. Go Home - Bart has to
go out to the shed to get some more butane for Marge. He finds Kodos
there, who claims to be left behind on earth while on a mission to find out
human weaknesses and bring peace. He asks for a list of things so he
can build a telephone with which he can phone home. The kids give it
to him, and help him build the machine. When the government comes
looking for the alien, Bart rides away with it on it's bike, to a place
where he can use his machine. It turns out it's a portal to allow his
race to take over earth, but then Homer comes in and shoots Kodos,, who then
gets dissected.
* Mr. & Mrs. Simpson - The story starts with Marge and Homer
in two couches complaining about their relationship, how Marge never knows
where Homer goes at night. The scene cuts to Homer walking in the
bathroom and making it into a well stocked arsenal. He gets a message
from Burns that he has to kill Kent Brockman. When he goes to do this,
he sees a mystery woman doing the job. He shoots off her wig and finds
out it's Marge. Back home, they try to kill each other for knowing
each other's secret. Wiggum comes in to see what the disturbance is.
Marge kills him and Homer and Marge make up. Then the scene cuts back
to the couches which turns out to be Skinner's office, who invited them in
so he can talk to them about Bart misbehaving, and then they both turn to
shoot Skinner.
* Heck House - When Agnes Skinner doesn't want the kids a
treat when they're trick or treating, Bart, Nelson, Millhouse and Lisa
decide to trick her. They think it feels so good that they decide to
always trick people and no longer give them the option of a treat. The
neighbourhood comes together because something needs to be done about it,
and Flanders says he knows jsut the thing. He lures the children in to
the church where he hopes to make them see the error of their ways through a
play. When that doesn't work, he turns into the devil and sends them
to hell, where he shows them that the 7 deadly sins are committed often in
Springfield and what happens to the people who commit them

Pride: Dr. Hibbert being proud of his child doing good in school gets hit by

Sloth: Homer lying in a hammock and getting chopped to pieces by the wiring
Lust, Greed, and Envy: Moe going to a strip joint to steal the dollars from
a dancer's pants, who then gets kicked in the crotch
Krusty being turned in to a mill for stealing jokes
Apu being chased in a tree by devils for being Hindu
Mr. Burns being turned in to a kind of toad like creature
Jimbo Jones, Dolph and Kearny being turned in to a three headed hound
