The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson
After being the designated driver, Barney drives off in
Homer's car and drops it in NYC, forcing Homer to go an
retrieve it. Homer hates it, but the family enjoys the
little trip.
The Principal and the Pauper
A man called Seymour Skinner turns up in Springfield, and
the Skinner we all know turns out to be a fraud, and goes
back to his real life. Springfield doesn't like the new
Skinner, so they decide to get rid of him and bring the
old one back, and no one is allowed to mention it ever
again
Lisa's Sax
A walk down memory lane reveals the sad story of Bart's
first days in kindergarten. While meeting with J. Loren
Pryor, the Springfield Elementary School psychologist, few
of Bart's problems are resolved, but Homer and Marge
discover that Lisa is a gifted child, so they buy her a
saxophone to exercise those gifts.
Treehouse of Horror VIII
First, Homer seems to be the only survivor of a nuclear
explosion. In the second story, Homer buys a
matter-transporting machine from Professor Frink's yard
sale. In the final story Marge and her 2 sisters are
witches as we are told the story of the first trick or
treat.
The Cartridge Family
When a riot erupts at a Continental Soccer Association
match, Homer buys a gun to protect his family. Marge is
disgusted by his purchase but Homer loves his gun and
starts attending NRA meetings. Marge sets an ultimatum:
Either the gun leaves the house or she does.
Bart Star
Bart joins a pee-wee football team. During games, Homer
heckles Ned, the team's coach, so much that he quits and
makes Homer the coach. In his new role, Homer starts to
show Bart special treatment, which all of the boys,
including Bart, resent.
The Two Mrs. Nahasapeemapetilons
Apu's mother reminds him of his arranged bride and that he
must marry her soon. When his mother comes to town, Apu
enlists Marge to pretend she is his wife, but his mother
finds out the truth. When he meets Manjula, his
bride-to-be, Apu is smitten so it's not that bad after
all.
Lisa the Skeptic
During an archaeological dig the students of Springfield
Elementary School unearth a strange skeleton of what
appears to be a winged human. Everyone in town believes
that it's an angel's skeleton, but Lisa Simpson tries to
convince them otherwise. It is revealed that the "angel"
is merely a promotional stunt for the new shopping
centre.
Realty Bites
Marge pursues a new career in real estate
sales, selling a huge mansion to the Flanders', even
though a murder had been committed in it. Meanwhile Homer
is pursued by Snake, because he bought Snake's car at a
police auction.
Miracle on Evergreen Terrace
When Bart accidentally destroys his family's Christmas
tree and all the presents underneath it on Christmas
morning, he lies and says that he saw a burglar steal
their stuff. Feeling sorry for the family, all people in
Springfield shower them with gifts, but then Bart finally
admits that there was no burglar, and they have to give
everything back.
All Singing, All Dancing
The Simpsons break out in song--over and over again--as we
dance along memory lane and watch some of the musical
interludes from the last eight seasons.
Bart Carny
Bart and Homer get jobs working for a carnival and
befriend two carnies, who end up stealing their house.
Using their own tricks against them, the Simpsons manage
to get their house back, and Homer his ass-groove
The Joy of Sect
The Simpsons join a religious sect called The
Movementarians. The sect worships an all-powerful leader
who claims that he will take his followers to the planet
Blisstonia, where they will all live lives of
uninterrupted happiness. Homer proves it to be a sham,
though, and the leader loses all his money.
Das Bus
The children of Springfield Elementary School get stranded
on a desert island. Trapped on the island with no
grown-ups, the children form their own Lord of the
Flies-style civilization. Meanwhile, back in Springfield,
Homer starts up his own Internet company, which he sells
to Bill Gates.
The Last Temptation of Krust
When Krusty the Clown performs at a comedy festival, he
proves to everyone that his comedy style is hopelessly out
of date. Krusty calls a press conference to announce his
retirement from show business, but during his farewell
speech gets the best laughs of his career. He starts to be
a cynical comedian, but can he keep that up when offered
bags of money?
Dumbbell Indemnity
Moe falls in love with a beautiful woman named Renee, who
surprisingly loves him back. Moe doesn't have enough money
to do all the things he thinks Renee wants him to do, so
he decides to scam the insurance, but Homer gets arrested
for it. In the end his friendship with Homer proves more
important than his love for Renee.
Lisa the Simpson
When Lisa is unable to figure out a simple brain teaser,
she begins to fear that she is losing her gift of
intelligence. Grampa tells her about the Simpson Gene that
makes them stupid, but luckily Lisa finds out it is only
effective on males.
This Little Wiggy
When Marge meets Ralph Wiggum, she decides to
invite him over for a play-date with Bart. Bart learns
there's an upside to this situation, as Ralph has access
to a master key, with which they accidentally turn the
electric chair on. Can they prevent Quimby from being
fried as he sits on it for a promotional stunt?
Simpson Tide
Homer joins the Naval Reserve, and is actually put in
charge during a routine drill. Messing everything up as
usual, he nearly starts WW3, but prevents it by saying
it's his first day. He is court-marshalled, however, and
forced to return to his normal life.
The Trouble With Trillions
In order to avoid an audit, Homer serves as an IRS spy in
a sting operation targeting Mr. Burns, who stole a
trillion dollar bill and goes off to buy Cuba with it.
Floating back to America on a refugee raft, Burns decides
that he'll simply buy his way out of this most recent
problem and everything returns to normal.
Girly Edition
Lisa becomes the anchorwoman for a children's news
program. Bart is also hired for the show and launches a
series of trite human-interest stories that attract a lot
attention and overshadow Lisa's more serious work.
Meanwhile, Homer claims he's handicapped so he can adopt a
trained monkey named Mojo, who will wait on him hand and
foot.
Trash of the Titans
After a spat with some garbage men, Homer
decides to run for the position of Sanitation Commissioner
and wins. Homer's initiatives are so costly that he spends
an entire year's budget in one month, and must raise money
by allowing other towns to use Springfield's abandoned
mines as garbage dumps.
King of the Hill
After undertaking an intense workout regimen, Homer
becomes a buffed-out specimen of a man. He soon attracts
the attention of Brad and Neil, two executives from the
company that makes Powersauce health bars. Brad and Neil
enlist Homer to climb to the top of the Murderhorn as a
promotional stunt for Powersauce bars. His climb is a
success, sort of.
Lost Our Lisa
When Lisa cons Homer into letting her ride the bus alone
(because Marge had to drive Bart to the doctor's because
he glued stuff to his face), but she gets lost along the
way. Homer goes in search for her, and to make up for it
he breaks in to the museum with him.
Natural Born Kissers
Homer and Marge learn to spice up their love life by
"snuggling" in very public places. After experimenting at
the miniature golf course, they find themselves trapped in
public without their clothes. they try tog et away but
are exposed to all the world.
